At Happy Kiddos your child's intervention plan will be created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) and implemented by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
BCBAs are highly qualified professionals specializing in behavior analysis. They hold a graduate-level certification, typically a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field, and have completed rigorous supervised fieldwork.
BCBAs are responsible for designing and overseeing individualized intervention plans, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met. Their expertise is crucial in developing effective strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote positive outcomes.
When seeking behavioral services, it’s essential to ensure that the professional holds BCBA certification, as indicated by the “BCBA” designation after their name.
